This notice provides important clarifications regarding our game schedule and potential cancellations.

The Town has up to 5 pm to cancel the fields for the day.

Just a reminder that games will proceed as scheduled even if it's raining, provided the Town has not officially closed the fields.

However, player safety is our top priority. Games will be canceled immediately if there is lightning.

If a player chooses not to participate due to rain, that decision will be respected.

Please be aware that if we decide to cancel a game due to rain when the Town has not closed the fields, we are not guaranteed a rescheduled date.

Our regular season booking covers 15 weeks, spanning from May to the end of August. Our insurance coverage ends on August 31st, and unfortunately, the season cannot be extended beyond this date.

In the event that rescheduled games are necessary, the Town has advised us that alternative times may be required. These could include weekday evenings or weekends.
